Turkey Apple Cheddar Wraps


  • 6 Mission® Carb Balance® Whole Wheat Burritos Tortillas, warmed
  • 1 Medium Fuji, Honeycrisp or Gala apple
  • 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Whole grain or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. Olive oil
  • 3 cups Baby arugula
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 lb. Sliced deli turkey breast
  • 6 Slices sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Cut apple in quarters, remove core and seeds, and thinly slice.
  2. In a large bowl whisk to combine vinegar, mustard, honey and oil. Add arugula, apples, and cranberries and toss evenly to coat.
  3. Lay out tortillas on a clean work surface and layer each with turkey, cheese and apple-arugula salad. Fold in one end then roll tightly to create wrap.
